We believe in you
You have a unique vision. A distinct gift, purpose, and path — in business and in life — even if you don’t yet see the way forward.
It’s called your potential, and we help you recognize it, believe in it, and realize it.
- We ask tough questions.
- We challenge your limiting beliefs.
- We turn ideas into action.
- We hold you accountable.
Most importantly:
We care — a lot — and we don’t quit.

how it works

understanding
Trainers start with commands. Coaches start with questions.
We’re gonna get to know you and your business — because what hurts or helps one does the same for the other. Progress begins with understanding: your passions, processes, goals, and limitations.
Once we know where you are, we can plot the course to where you want to go.
intention
There’s a reason cookie-cutter plans don’t work for everyone: Not everyone’s baking cookies. And even if you are, you’re not working with the same dough as the gym across town or across the country.
Your vision is unique to you. What do you want — not only for your business, but also for your life? What superpowers are uniquely yours to wield? What summit are you aiming to climb?
It’s OK if you don’t know yet. That’s what we’re here for.

implementation
The best coaches are editors. “More” doesn’t mean “better” in writing, and “busy” doesn’t mean “productive” in business.
Once your vision is clear, we’ll start doing the work — but only the work that matters. And when you get stuck, overwhelmed, or caught up in actions and habits that don’t serve your vision, we’ll help you course-correct.
measurement
Data don’t lie, and neither do we.
Physical fitness is measurable and observable — and so is your business’s. We’ll measure your milestones against your actions and results and adjust the compass as necessary.
What gets measured gets managed.

achievement
You see it in the gym every day: Put in the work, trust the process (and your coach), reap the rewards. It’s no different here.
"The difference with FitFilliate was they cared about Lisa the person, not Lisa the gym owner." —Lisa Kirkman
"One of the greatest things with FitFilliate is this relentless support from them. They didn't allow me to walk away from the hard stuff." —Eric Yunck
